the most straightforward way that I have found is the following: make a
disc...cut points of 3/4 of whole leaving 1 quadrant...kill poly...mirror
once horizontal and once vertical (offsett from 0,0,0)..lastly select
points in order and make closed curve...great for creedit cards, etc...
